Referral Program Terms

Effective July 29, 2026

Eligibility and registration

The program is open to individuals age 18 or older. No previous GCSS purchase is required. Participants must provide accurate registration and payment information and receive a valid Referral Code.

Qualifying referrals

A Referral Code is active for 30 calendar days after registration. A referral qualifies only when a new prospective purchaser provides an active code before purchase, completes an eligible GCSS purchase, and pays GCSS in full. A referral submitted while the code is active remains eligible for 30 additional days to complete and pay for the qualifying purchase. The commission is $25 per qualifying purchase unless GCSS publishes a different offer before the referral is submitted.

Exclusions

Self-referrals, fabricated identities, duplicate claims, previously recorded prospects, cancelled or refunded purchases, unpaid balances, and attempts to claim more than one commission for the same purchase do not qualify. A Referral Code cannot be added retroactively after a purchase unless GCSS approves an administrative correction.

Approval and payment

GCSS reviews each referral before approving a commission. Payment is made using an available method selected or confirmed with the participant. Participants are responsible for taxes and for providing any documentation GCSS is legally required to collect.

Program administration

GCSS may investigate suspected error, abuse, or fraud; withhold or reverse an improper commission; suspend a participant; or modify, pause, or end the program. Changes do not eliminate commissions already approved for completed and paid qualifying purchases.

Privacy

Registration information is used to administer referrals, communicate program activity, prevent duplicate or improper claims, make payments, and satisfy business or legal recordkeeping requirements. A participant may provide a referred person's name and email address only after receiving that person's permission. GCSS may use that information to send one referral invitation containing the participant's code and will not add the referred person to general marketing solely because of the invitation.
